Self Adhesive Flashing TapesMAK FLASH SEAL is a self adhesive sealing bitumen modified aluminium finish strip, which bonds instantly to provide permanent watertight seal. It is easily applicable on roofs using hand pressure.

Application Procedure
“The surface to be repaired, should be free from all loose particles, dust, oil and laitance”
“Smooth gently into position using hand pressure. Avoid excessive pressure”
“Cut MAK FLASH SEAL in required length. Remove appx. 50mm of release backing paper and carefullyposition the sealing strip.”
“To avoid creasing, hold the release backing paper firmly and remove it steadily from the sealing strip as the product is applied.”
